OUR RETURN POLICY


If for any reason you would like to return your merchandise (we’re sorry it didn’t work out!), you may do so within 10 days of receiving your order.

Products must be in the brand-new condition you received them in (e.g. no pet hair, stains, odours, etc.), NO EXCEPTIONS, with company tags still attached and in their original box and/or packaging. Link to Step 3. Any duties/taxes/fees for a return will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

For all North American returns, Wully will refund the full price value of the item minus the shipping cost of the order, any additional duties/taxes, & a $25 CAD restocking fee per item.

For all international returns, Wully will refund the full price value of the item minus the shipping cost of the order, any additional duties/taxes, & a $50 CAD restocking fee per item.

Please follow these steps in order to make the return process as easy and smooth as possible.


STEP 1: E-MAIL US AT support@wullyouterwear.com

In your return e-mail request, please send us the following information:
1. Title the subject: “RETURN REQUEST ORDER #_____”
2. Item Name
3. Colour
4. Size
5. Reason for Return

 

***PROOF OF PURCHASE IS YOUR ORDER #. FAILURE TO ADD IT TO YOUR E-MAIL MAY RESULT AN INVALID RETURN PROCESS***

STEP 2: RECEIVE RETURN LABEL

After speaking with our Customer Care team, you will be emailed your return label. You must ensure that your package is in the mail within 48 hours of receiving the label.


STEP 3: PACKAGE JACKET FOR RETURN

Please package your jacket the same way you received it:

• Jacket along with anything else you received, such as postcards & tote bag, in our branded box with the over box
   OR
• Jacket along with anything else you received, such as postcards & tote bag, in a soft pouch.

    Attach return label to the outside of the package and have sent through the appropriate postal service.

    American and International friends: Please ensure customs forms are also attached to the outside of the package.


    STEP 4: WAIT FOR APPROVAL

    Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Please allow 7 business days upon receipt of your returned goods for your request to be processed.


    IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

    Only products bought online at full price are eligible for a full refund and must be under the 10 day date of receiving the package. Any merchandise bought online with a discount code is not eligible for a refund. Only exchange or store credit will be applicable.

      MISTAKES HAPPEN...

      We highly recommend that all customers use our available size chart as well as request the professional opinion of our support staff by emailing support@wullyouterwear.com. If further sizing assistance is needed, customers are encouraged to submit a full-body picture of themselves with their height and weight to aid with sizing questions.
